Brand new flooring and carpeting throughout the townhouse!!!Enjoy being steps away from a large, sandy area to play or sun in, before going over the dune to the public beach. Large private decks have new decking and railings as of 2012, and offer direct ocean views. Walk to the boardwalk, Jolly Roger's Amusement Park, numerous restaurants, & Minit Market. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washer/dryer and microwave. Additionally there are 3 HDTV's, 3 DVD's, Free WiFi, and phone. Parking for 2 cars, sleeps 12. Non smoking, no pets please. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.
Our cancellation policy: If you cancel anytime outside of 90 days before check in, you get a refund minus $100.00. Within 90 days of check in, the property must re rent before any refund is given, then you would lose $100 plus 16% of the base rent.
