A short 2 block walk will place you on the white sandy beaches, the famous Ocean City boardwalk and surround you with many fine eateries. Tired from a long day at the beach? Relax on the 2 bayfront balconies, watching the sunset or take a dip in our waterfront outdoor pool Imagine....parking your car in a designated spot under the building and not having to drive anywhere. That sounds like a great vacation. For the fishermen, grab your gear and head to the fishing pier. Perhaps you will catch dinner. Property is non smoking, and animals are prohibited. Occupancy limit is 10.
Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.
Our cancellation policy: If you cancel anytime outside of 90 days before check in, you get a refund minus $100.00. Within 90 days of check in, the property must re rent before any refund is given, then you would lose $100 plus 16% of the base rent.
