Located within the gated community of Assateague Pointe, enjoy the family ambiance and all the amenities this resort has to offer, 2 beautiful outdoor pools, playgrounds, picnic areas, stocked fishing ponds,(catch and release only), complimentary paddle boats, lighted fishing pier into the bay for fishing and crabbing, basketball half court and more.� This cozy, nicely maintained home, (which backs up to one of the fishing ponds), offers a full size dine-in kitchen, washer and dryer, 3 TV's, 1DVD, central a/c, and parking for 2 cars. The community is just 3 miles away from Ocean City's beaches and attractions, and right next door to Frontier Town Western Theme Park and water-park. Of course all of West Ocean City's outlets and restaurants are just a couple of miles down the road. Occupancy 6. No pets and no smoking. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.
